NCT classes

Not had a chance to mention that Andy and I have attended NCT antenatal classes the last two Saturdays.

It was very good and we got to learn the whole aspect of the birthing process and more importantly the choices we can have.

It was great to talk through our feelings about labour, birth and life with a new baby. Everyone there have the same worries as us, we are quite normal !

I'm more relax about the birthing bit now, so it's worth it just for that !
